Innovation Delivered - Creating the Trauma Bay of the FutureItem is leading a collaborative effort to take a new look at the Emergency Department Critical Care environment in order to improve doctor and patient experience during life-saving moments. Working with The Business Innovation Factory (BIF), the University Emergency Medical Foundation (UEMF), and Rhode Island Hospital (RIH), the multidisciplinary team is using observation, interviews, and design analysis to identify opportunities for improving how doctors and nurses utilize trauma space during critical activity.
